Our partner operates a high-performance, ultra-low-latency network infrastructure supporting mission-critical operations. We are looking for a Senior Network Support Engineer to join a part-time contract engagement focused on proactive monitoring, rapid incident response, and hands-on support across enterprise-grade network and server environments.
What professional skills are important for us?

Senior-level experience in network support or network engineering;

Strong understanding of ultra-low-latency networking environments and switching layers (L1/L2);

Experience managing both network and server infrastructure in production environments;

Excellent incident response and troubleshooting skills with ability to diagnose complex issues quickly;

Reliable, structured, and capable of working independently within early CET hours;
Tasks:

Monitor network and system infrastructure and respond to incidents within agreed SLAs;
-
Diagnose and resolve network, server, and connectivity issues across a distributed infrastructure;
-
Execute agreed operational and maintenance tasks according to established procedures;

Coordinate and guide remote hands for data center operations, including physical diagnostics and hardware tasks;

Assist with server-level troubleshooting and basic system administration on Windows and Linux platforms;
-
Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding incident progress and resolution;

Shift: CET 06:00–15:00;

Workload: ~15–20 hours per week within a 40-hour response window;
