Hello everyone!

 

We’re currently hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer (LLM Engineer) for a leading data and AI consulting organization delivering enterprise-grade solutions across multiple industries. This is a full-time remote role, focused on cutting-edge work in large language models, agentic AI systems, and production-scale machine learning engineering.

 

Tasks:

— Lead the design, development, and productionization of machine learning and LLM-based solutions

— Build and deploy advanced NLP systems and LLM-powered applications, including agentic AI workflows

— Design and maintain scalable ML pipelines in cloud environments, primarily on AWS

— Apply advanced feature engineering, data analytics, and modeling techniques to solve complex business problems

— Work directly with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery

— Mentor and support junior engineers and data scientists, raising overall team capability

— Contribute to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and best practices across ML systems

— Ensure ML systems are robust, scalable, observable, and production-ready

 

What professional skills are important for us?

— 7+ years of industry experience in Machine Learning, AI Engineering, Data Science, or LLM-focused roles

— 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS in production environments

— Strong expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analytics

— Deep experience with NLP and modern LLM technologies (transformers, embeddings, RAG systems, agentic frameworks)

— Expert-level proficiency in Python and strong working knowledge of SQL

— Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end production ML systems

— Experience in client-facing or consulting environments is highly desirable

— Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical work into business impact

 

Nice to Have:

— Experience building agent-based or autonomous AI systems

— Familiarity with MLOps practices (CI/CD for ML, model monitoring, deployment pipelines)

— Background in consulting or fast-paced delivery environments

— Exposure to distributed systems or large-scale data platforms

— Contributions to open-source AI or ML projects
