   We are looking for a Sales Development Representative.

  About the project: Team of experts in cloud and custom software development, ambitious goal of which is to become the Azure Expert Managed Services Provider (MSP).

   Team: Lead Generation Manager, Marketing Manager, Head of Sales.

   What professional skills are important for us?

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in business development role;

  • Understanding of software development and cloud services;

  • Experience in leads management and pre-sales;

  • Experience with outbound sales prospecting techniques;

  • Practical background in using CRM systems (ie. HubspotCRM, Microsoft Dynamics);

  • Advanced writing skills;

  • Solid communication and relationship management skills;

  • Fluent English (both written and spoken);

  • Proactive mindset and willingness to continuous improvement; 


   Tasks:

  • Identify opportunities for growth: new channels, domains, events;

  • Collaborate with the team to plan and implement strategic outreach plan;

  • Attend conferences and events for prospecting; 

  • Conduct qualification calls with leads and create great first impression;

  • Nurture leads through various outbound channels;

  • Create potential opportunities and manage deals till closure;

  • Collaborate with pre-sale team on proposal creation;

  • Manage leads database in CRM;

  • Maintain monthly reports on sales development activities;


   Would be a plus:

  • Previous experience with cloud migration and modernisation projects;

  • Understanding of Microsoft ecosystem and products, Azure in particular;
