Our partner is a Ukrainian product tech company building several large-scale digital services used by millions of users daily, including a top news feed, the country’s most popular email service, and a leading weather platform.

 

We are looking for a Product Manager who will lead a new strategic initiative focused on a personalized feed, aiming to strengthen and protect client's  current market position while laying the foundation for future growth and expansion.

 

What professional skills are important for us?

  •  At least 3-5+ years in Product Management for digital services (experience as Head of Product or managing multiple PMs is a strong plus);

  •  Proven ability to build Product Scope and manage Product Roadmap with 500K+ daily users;

  •  Experience in product discovery and design processes;

  •  Strong skills in writing user stories and requirements with clear acceptance criteria;

  •  Ability to work with product hypotheses, analytics, and prioritization frameworks (e.g., ICE);

  •  Familiarity with web and mobile analytics systems, Google Analytics, AI tools, and SEO, with practical usage experience;

  •  Proven track of building and shipping features from concept to launch with measurable impact;

  •  Understanding web fundamentals: HTML/CSS basics, browser behavior, SEO principles;

  •  Smooth communications with engineers;

Tasks: 

  •  Define and co-own product vision, goals, and success metrics in partnership with the CPO;

  •  Own the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility;

  •  Drive collaboration across engineering, design, and business teams to achieve shared product goals;

  •  Run product discovery: validate problems through data, user research, and competitive analysis;

  •  Generate and prioritize hypotheses (using the ICE framework or similar), design experiments (A/B tests, feature flags), and validate results with data;

  •  Collaborate with UX/UI Designers on user flows and interfaces;

  •  Work with UX Writers on microcopies;

  •  Translate ideas into clear requirements and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria;

  •  Communicate product changes to users when needed;

  •  Define success metrics, design product analytics, and monitor daily to track product health, identify anomalies, and uncover opportunities;

  •  Analyze user segments, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions;

  •  Partner with stakeholders, ensuring transparent and timely communication;

  •  Manage project scope, risks, and dependencies to deliver features on time;

  •  Maintain and communicate the product roadmap and scope with the team;

Conditions: 

  • Probation period: 3 months;

  • Flexible work format: office/hybrid / fully remote;

  • Paid vacation: 20 working days per year;

  • Sick leave:Up to 10 days per year — 100% paid;

  • 11 to 20 days per year — 50% paid;
