Hello everyone!

Our client is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing applied AI startup building enterprise intelligence products. This is a high-ownership role for engineers who love shipping, from backend services to user-facing interfaces.

About the Role:

You'll work across the full stack — backend services that process enterprise data at scale and frontend interfaces that make AI-driven insights actionable. The team operates on a DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) model: you own features from idea to production, not just contribute to them. Expect direct collaboration with ML engineers and enterprise clients.

What professional skills are important for us?

— 3–5 years of professional engineering experience across both frontend and backend;

— Proficiency in TypeScript/React for frontend development;

— Proficiency in Go and/or Python for backend services;

— Experience designing APIs, data models, and scalable service architectures;

— Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred) and modern deployment practices;

— Strong product instincts — you think about the user, not just the code;

Hands-on experience building new products on small teams matters more than years of experience alone.

Nice to have:

— Experience with agentic AI systems, LLM integrations, or RAG architectures;

— Background in enterprise SaaS, retail technology, or data-intensive products;

— Familiarity with data visualization, real-time systems, or streaming architectures;

— Graph database experience;

— Contributions to CI/CD, developer tooling, or infrastructure automation;

Tasks:

— Build and ship features end-to-end across backend and frontend;

— Design and implement APIs, data models, and service architectures;

— Create intuitive interfaces that translate complex enterprise data into clear workflows;

— Collaborate with ML engineers to bring AI-driven features to production;

— Own features through the full lifecycle: scoping, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration;

— Work directly with enterprise customers to understand needs and refine the product;

— Contribute to infrastructure, tooling, and developer experience as the team scales;

Working Setup:

Hybrid work model (NYC-based);

— Full-time position;

— Health, dental, vision, 401k, home office stipend, flexible PTO;

— Ground-floor equity at a well-funded seed-stage company;
