Hello everyone!
We are looking for a Head of Growth / Commercial Marketing Lead for our client in the Czech Republic, a manufacturer of e-liquids and vape products.
The goal of the role (12–18 months) is to make the brand Top 3 “most recommended” in the CZ vape channel by:
- winning shelf space
- winning seller attention & loyalty
- growing online share of voice (within regulation)
You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with Sales / Key Accounts / Trade partners.
What professional skills are important for us?
- Fluent Czech and English
- Strong commercial mindset (sell-out, margin, unit economics)
- Experience in the CZ / CEE market
- Background in regulated FMCG (vape / nicotine / alcohol / energy or similar)
- Hands-on experience in trade marketing / demand generation / growth
- Ability to run test → measure → scale/kill cycles with limited budgets
- Field-oriented communication: you speak the language of shop owners, not slides
Key responsibilities:
- Build the strategy to win preferred brand status
- Develop and roll out trade offers, bundle mechanics, and starter kits/devices with strong margins for shops
- Create a sales playbook that makes shops sell more
- Design and deploy POSM / displays / merch that sell, not just look good
- Standardize planograms and in-store visibility
- Work with top vape-channel vendors and partners
- Launch seller and buyer engagement mechanics
- Create loyalty programs for shops
- Drive community-first growth: SMM, influencers, ambassadors
- Work across channels (e.g., Instagram / Discord / Facebook / TikTok, where compliant)
- Cooperate with review platforms and communities
- Run creative marketing carefully, smartly, and safely
- Maintain tight daily collaboration with Sales
- Regular store visits across the Czech Republic
- Minimum presentations - maximum implementation
