We are looking for a Client Communication & Office Coordinator to join a growing international team based in Prague. This role is perfect for someone energetic, communicative, and organized — a person who enjoys interacting with clients and supporting daily business operations.
The company provides comprehensive business support services for entrepreneurs, start-ups, and international clients operating in the Czech Republic. It helps foreign and local business owners with company setup, accounting, legal support, tax optimization, and business planning to ensure smooth and compliant operations in the Czech market.
What professional skills are important for us?
- Good command of English for communication with international clients.
- Conversational Czech for interaction with local partners and authorities.
- Fluent or strong Russian (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking on the phone.
- Logical thinking and ability to work with data, tables, and structured information.
- High level of motivation, responsibility, and willingness to work full-time in an office environment.
- Comfortable with routine tasks as well as dynamic client interaction.
Tasks:
- Communicate with clients via email and phone on a daily basis.
- Maintain and update tables, records, and internal data systems.
- Enter, verify, and organize client and operational information.
- Coordinate basic administrative tasks and documentation.
- Occasionally visit the post office or local authorities for company-related matters.
- Support the office founder and team with operational and communication tasks.
