We're looking for a Senior ML/AI Engineer to join a fast-moving AI startup building intelligent systems that reason, forecast, and act autonomously across enterprise data.

 

What professional skills are important for us?

— 5+ years of experience in applied ML/AI with models deployed in production

— Deep proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)

— Strong background in statistical modeling, time series forecasting, and predictive analytics

— Experience with LLMs, NLP, and RAG architectures

— Experience building agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration

— Comfortable with large-scale datasets and distributed computing

— M.S. or Ph.D. in CS, ML, Statistics or related field — or equivalent practical experience

 

Tasks:

— Design, build, and deploy ML models for demand forecasting, sentiment analysis, and anomaly detection at enterprise scale

— Develop and iterate on agentic AI architecture — systems that reason across heterogeneous data and act autonomously

— Architect and improve the production graph RAG system — a core technical differentiator

— Build and maintain robust ML pipelines: preprocessing, feature engineering, training, evaluation, deployment

— Own model performance end-to-end: monitoring, retraining, and continuous improvement

— Collaborate with backend engineers to ensure models are production-grade, optimized for latency, reliability, and scale

— Stay at the frontier of AI research and bring relevant innovations into the platform
