   We are looking for a Lead Generation Manager.

  About the project: Team of experts in cloud and custom software development, ambitious goal of which is to become the Azure Expert Managed Services Provider (MSP).

   Team: Lead Generation Manager, Marketing Manager, Head of Sales.

   What professional skills are important for us?

  • 2+ year in a lead generation role;

  • Understanding of software industry;

  • Experience with email/LinkedIn outreach campaings;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Excellent written English (B2+);

  • Organised and goal-oriented personality;


  • Identify opportunities for growth: new channels, domains, conferences/events;

  • Collaborate with the team to plan and implement strategic outreach plan;

  • Conduct research on how to engage and partner with potential customers;

  • Configure email and LinkedIn outreach process in corresponding tools (Woodpecker, Expandi, Snowio etc);

  • Prepare ICP and messaging for lead generation campaigns;

  • Manage contacts/leads in CRM (Hubspot, MS Dynamics);

  • Process all replies, schedule calls, nurture leads and follow-up with them;

  • Prepare Follow Up campaigns for neutral leads; 

  • Maintain calendar of all lead generation campaigns;

  • Maintain monthly reports on lead generation activities;
