CIA4U1 REPORT (10%)
You will choose a topic from among the many offered in class. The format of the report should be as follows:
1) Title page, table of contents.
2) An
executive summary citing the main thesis and facts on both sides of your issue.
Assume I don’t read anything else! This is not an introduction but rather
a very important part of a business report.
3) Next
state your “pro” position. Include key facts and events to support your position.
4) The
opposite or “con” side should not be a reverse of the key facts above.
5) A
conclusion follows with a brief statement of which position you support and
why.
6) The
last section features a Works Cited page in proper format. URL’s such as
samsa.biz alone are considered incomplete.1500 words is the absolute
maximum. Use appropriate graphics. Proper MLA citation is expected along
with a Works Cited page. Use the guides and samples provided.
Any hint of plagiarism will result in a mark of zero.
